Hey people... I don't know why I'm updating this... Anyways. Okay. So I just came back from YA. Today was pretty cool, we talked bout homosexuality and it was prettyy interesting. Auntie YY basically taught bout homeosexuality according to the bible and she made us highlight all these bible verses. Jr and jj kept on borrowing my highlighter and john kept fiddling with my highlighter's cap. :p Then afterwards, we went down to pcc and I had my usual ice chocolate. Now I'm like really into preaching to all these gay and lez people. I'm weird. :D Anyways. That's all for today folks. Bye!

Hey ppl! :D Updating it finally~ lol. Anyways. Here's what happened in debate camp and stuff : The debate camp ended yesterday, and we had a final debate. Motions throughout the week were: THBT the media does it's job well (I was Opp.), THBT public figures deserve private lives,THBT American culture is the world's best, THBT TV is bad for kids (I was opp.), THBT HK should go back being British (argh... Opp.), THBT it should be illegal for schools to charge fees, THBT all private cars should be banned from HK Island (I was Aff.). All debates were held in impromptu style (45 minutes to prepare). The final debate was crap, but... lol. :D Anyways.

I went straight to ICA for the Youth Worship Conference yesterday, and seriously, it was VERY VERY GOOD. I was like, totally absorbed into the worship. You know... praying in tongues, kneeling, and crying. I was actually crying yesterday night. I don't normally cry in worships, but yesterday night, I was actually kneeling down, crying and crying. It was SO GOOD. I MEAN IT. I could actually feel God's presence yesterday night and His annointing was with us all along. It was VERY VERY GOOD. VERY WORTH IT. And another thing is, I actually found that it's easier for me to worship in English than Chinese. Okay. I know this is weird, but that's true. I was actually singing full time in English last night when most of the songs were in Chinese (they translated most of the songs to Chinese, and coz I knew the English version by heart, i was actually worshipping in English). LOL. VERY GOOD. VERY VERY GOOD. <*thumbs up*> Anyways. That's all for today. Bye everyone!!

P.S. Argh.. .School starting in two weeks time, still got a pile of holiday homework undone. Help.... :S:S

Hi everyone! Okay... I know it's been like ages since I've blogged... but it's because I went on a trip. Well anyways. :D As some of you may know, I just came back yesterday morning (seven something in the morning) from Frankfurt. Here's a quick recap (I may put my journal up online some time later~) of what happened during my three week holiday:

I went with my family (dad, mom, Ella and John first to Prague (three nights), Germany (one night, just a stop-by to Austria), Austria (3 nights... i think~), Italy (Dolomites) (? nights~), back to Austria (3 nights) and then to Munich (flew from Munich to Frankfurt, where we stayed in the ever-so-grand Airport hotel for one night and then left for Hong Kong the next day). OKay, I know this may sound like a short journey (it doesn't sound like a three week one, does it?) to you guyz, but then I really stayed there for three weekz, having a lot of fun, though if you guyz have payed attention to the news, the time I stayed in Europe was during this "europe heatwave", and I must say it was terribly hot during the noon time, especially in Italy, but then, it cooled down a bit in the mornings and particularly in the evening (it was 15 degrees or lower in the evening when we had dinner!). The temperatures in Rome, Paris, Milan and London actually reached till 45! But fortunately, I was staying in Austria and Germany, and it wasn't really hot there (around thirty five in noon and fifteen in the evening, below fifteen late in night), northern Italy (it was awfully hot in noon, but it chilled down a bit in the evening and early morning), and Prague had extremely pleasant weather, it was 21 degrees (despite the "europe heatwave") on the first day we arrived there, and during those days we stayed there, the hottest was only till around 29, and contrary to Germany, Austria and northern Italy, the evenings weren't cool at all! In fact, it sometimes became even warmer.

Prague is a beautiful, well-preserved city (they actually had cobble-stone ground everywhere, and the old town square which was magnificent!), but then, you have to be real careful, coz there are still certain pick-pockets and stuff. I loved the Charles Bridge, and the Charles lake was simply beautiful! It's so picturesque, and one night, we went sailing down Charles Lake in a ship, and we enjoyed the sunset and how night Prague looks like. It was simply wonderful! Believe me... it was really romantic that night, and the lake was so pretty at night... they got a band playing songs like "The Saints go marching in" and other merry songs on the deck, where people danced and some elderly people from USA sang along. I felt like joining in and so I did. :D Everyone had an enjoyable time, and the atmosphere was very relaxing and nice. Everyone was actually laughing and smiling on that night, and I saw a lot of couples kissing admist the romantic atmosphere there. That was the part I enjoyed most during the whole trip. The Dolomites in Italy were also beautiful, and although you have to drive a long way up the hills, it really *is* worth it, and you guyz really should go. And as for shopping... it was really expensive, although leather goods are worth your money (Italy). Don't get clothes from there, they cost a ton, and they aren't really pretty either. And as for Germany and Austria... it was pretty much the same(I've been there several times already, the Minimundus is really worth a mention. The Minimundus (in Austria) has 176 models, beautifully built, (1:25) of the world's most famous tourist spots and architecture (The Raffles Hotel in Singapore, The Great Wall in China, The Eiffel Tower in Paris, The Taj Mahal in India, The Parliment in UK, etc) They (the models)really look exactly the same as the real ones (well of course, they're shrunk on scale) and I took numerous photos there.

So that's basically all, as mentioned above, I'll try to get my journal typed out and put online some time later. And now, about what I did yesterday and today. I came back at seven something early in the morning, after a tiring but enjoyable (I seldom find air flights, especially such long ones <13 hours> enjoyable, but this one really is) air flight - I watched some movies, like Next station Tin Hau, and a real good movie called "Down with Love" - the storyline was okay, but they got this real hot guy and this pretty woman as main characters; the food was okay, and though I was as usual, unable to fall asleep, the seats were very wide and I got to walk around the plane when my feet got tired. I slept from nine till four in the afternoon and at night, I went to the SOP (Song of Praise) worship thing held in the Elizabeth Stadium. It was really interesting in the beginning, as in, I liked their worship songs, and so on... but the end was pretty boring, and i personally think that it was too long~

As for today, I went to Tsz's house to "play" at 10 am, I learnt how to play the "Marbles chess", played this detective thing and we exchanged presents (MJC was there too~ She was back from Mongolia and me from Europe) We gave each other presents: I got MJC an Austrian crystal dog and Tsz an Italian glass vase ornament~ And MJC got me a chinese-style (or whatever you call it) telephone book, which was quite pretty and also a bookmark her mom got a friend to make especially for Tsz and I. We went to Spaghetti House for lunch (though I'm a bit tired of spaghetti, and found the spaghetti there unlike the delicious ones I ate in Italy), it was pretty enjoyable and afterwards, we went to KGV for the debate camp. The instructor was Sam Greenland, a professional debator who was in the Oxford University Debating team when he was younger, and he's a real cool guy. Today, we played htis really fun game (explain to you guyz later)and he taught us some really useful debating stuff. It's from 2:00 to 5:00 in KGV from Monday to Friday. It costs nine hundred bucks (so expensive~ <*shudders*>) but it's worth it. :D That's all for today. Oh yeah, one more thing, mom got the holiday photos today, and it was rpetty cool~ The photos were nice, and for once, I'm satisfied with how I looked inside the photos. :D That's all for today~ Hehe. Bye peeps!

Hey people! MJC and Nat, if you raed this, thanks for giving me such an enjoyable day yesterday. Well... a brief recap of what happened:

Nat and I met outside Country Club at 10 (though I was a bit late) lol, and we went into the tennis court to play tennis, only to find that it was a little bit to hot than we had expected. So we played for a bit and went to the courtyard to have some cold beverages to cool ourselves down. We initially wanted to play bowling afterwards, but it wasn't open yet, and =the restaurant would only be open at 12 (it was 11 sth) and so, we went into the changing room to change our clothes, and went outdoors for a bit. We were all sorta "exploring" the beach when I, carelessly, scratched my foot, and thus, couldn't go down with the others, but I had a great time taking photos with nat's digital camera. LOL. We had lunch soon afterwards, in which all three of us ordered spaghetti bolognese (nat ordered "pei dan sau yuk zhuk" at first, but there weren't any, so she changed her order to spaghetti bolognese), drinking shelly temple (a new drink which was quite delicious but a little too sweet) and then having roast pigion <*glares at esther: there was no duck~*> and also some vegetables. :D After a delicious lunch, we went to the UA cinema, (MJC's driver drove us there) and watched Finding Nemo. Everyone one of us bought a small popcorn and something to drink, but careless me (again) dropped all the popcorn, lol, and ended up going out and buying a middle-sized popcorn for everyone to share. The teenagers sitting in front of us were being extremely rude at the beginning of the movie: they imitated the way we spoke cantonese (they were foreigners) and laughed at us when we didn't pay any attention to them. It was pretty annoying, and they were, obviously, being racist, WE should be the ones laughing at THEM not knowing how to speak Cantonese. :P Anyways, the movie was BRILLIANT. WONDERFUL. MARVELLOUS. IT was so cool! Everyone should watch it sometime. It was simply marvellous! LOL. OKay. So after the movie, we meandered round Pacific Place a bit, first going to Kelly and Walsh, where everyone got some books, and then, we proceeded to Hong Kong Records, and had a lovely time choosing CDs, then followed by Jumbo Grade, Kalms, then McDonals. LOL. Natalie got a burger with fries, MJC had a Mcfloat (in which, surprisingly, she didn't enjoy) and I had my favorite chicken mcnuggets (pluck pluck). Hehez. We all went to MJC's house afterwards, and fiddled round a bit, then Nat had to leave and I stayed at her house till ten something coz my parents were, apparently, preaching to Auntie Mimi (MJC's mom). LOL. During my stay there, we listened to music, watched tv, read certian books aloud, lol, talked on the phone with tsz, did a typing assesment (me: 100 words per minute, which was way slower than before... sihg), played with her dog and had a lovely time snatching the keyboard (LOL. right mjc? ;)) and i went home.

That was basically what happened yesterday. My dancing mistress just called to cancel the dance practice scheduled this afternoon due to the typhoon signal, and hopefully, my french wil be canceled too (please please please...). :D That's all for this morning. Ei bah everyone!

P.S. I can't believe i'm wasting my summer away. Sigh...

Hehe. I lalalala love you~ (8) Sorry guys. Can't resist it. I'm a Don Mclean fan now. :D Anyways. My nails are silverish-pink now, and I think it's really nice. I just can't stop staring at it. It's like REALLY nice. My toenails are silverish-red. LOL. And you should see them under the sun, they just you know, sparkle.. really beautiful~ <*dreamy sigh*> Anyways. I'm just back from the DBS debate. Chaired for them. Here are the notes I took during the debate: Affirmative - MSS (Hoho's school) Negative - DBS (our sorta "brother" school)

This house believes that Parents should be allowed to choose their own babies

Notes - Affirmative
~Aborting the baby when he/she has a serious illness can prevent parental strain (prisca goes: what does killing the baby have to do with the motion?)
~Sex selection: Everyone should have control over their lives (prisca; uh-huh... go on...)
~ Balanced family
Parents should be able to exercise their rights
~They can create the dream child
~Parents should decide everything that's for their child (prisca: NO WAY!)
~Eliminating birth defect (good point...)
~ Prevent financial and parental strain
~ Improve the quality of life

Notes - Negative
~ Choose: Choose from a number of possible alternatives
~ every SINGLE feature of the person can be changed, and that includes physical and mental characteristics
~ Can derive into super humans
~ As well as being the pillars of our society, they can also be the DESTROYERS of our society (prisca: so right... :D)
~ It's morally and ethically wrong (in which the affirm. rebutted: it's only ethically wrong when the majority can't accept it)
~If everyone chooses to be like Jennifer Lopez or Leonardo Di Caprio, then we would lose our individuality (prisca: true again)
~Take the Chinese society for an example, if you let the parents choose the sex of their kid, then the majority of the parents would definately have chosen to have a son. The sex ration may remain unbalanced. (Prisca: I agree!!!)
~ You're talking of altering one gene, and there will be a chain reaction, as you can't just alter one gene and that's the end. (yeah...)
~ You can't work against nature. If god created us this way, then let it remain this way. (In which MSS made a extremely stupid rebuttal: THERE IS NO GOD. and i'm like, "I thought you came from a catholic school??" I felt like killing that speaker. Stupid Stupid. Imbecile. :P)
~ Imagine a world with people physically and mentally identical

There. That's all the notes I took. I wasn't biased (I may sound like I am) but DBS is really better. They REALLY deserved to win. They were really good. I mean it. :D And they did!! Hehe. :D Anyways. that's all for today. Bye!

Hi ppl! Long time no update lah. Hehe. Nat's all, "I demand more updates Prisca!!!!" LOL. Hehez. Just painted my nails. Now they sorta stink with nail varnish. LOL. Anyways. YA was cool today. Though I must admit that Auntie YY's sermon was a bit boring, the worship was good (i loved the first two songs~) and then the game was fun too. LOL. Esthee, Tiff and I later went down to PCC for a drink, and we had so much fun spilling those sugar packs on the table and then covering them up with my ice chocolate lol. i'm going to Prague, Italy and Austria on Friday!! Whoa... doesn't time fly... lol. Here's my schedule for next week: Monday - Debateat DBS (meet at Mong Kong MTR Station at 1:45 p.m.) Dunno when it ends. LOL. Tuesday - Outing with MJC and nat! We're going to watch Finding Nemo, play tennis and go bowling. LOL. :D Wednesday - 1:30 - 3:00 p.m. Chinese Dance rehearsal in school. 6:30 - 8:00 p,m. French in Alliance Francais <*sigh*> Thursday - Nothing. Friday - DBS Debate and then... Hong Kong International Airport!!!!!!!! :D:D:D There., Oh yeah, I went with Esther, Tiff and Nat to watch Sleeping Beauty (the ballet) on Saturday night. IT WAS SO COOL!! Now I wish I didn't quit ballet. But the weird thing is, all the cool people 9as in the people who dance well) are ALL Japanese. And the Hong Kong dancers are just... you know... "ma ma dei" lol. Anyways. More later. Ei bah!! :D

Hi everyone :d Finally, some updates bout the exams and also my last week at school before the summer holz. Well... let's start with quite a depressing topic shall we? The exams... <*prisca sighs*> -Okay... here goes:
The Exams
English
English was okay. I was quite satisfied with the results, especially the composition part, but I didn't really do that well at the compre part. That's all.... Okay. Next subject.

Chinese
ARGH. I was expecting higher grades than that. Sigh. Bet the terrible grades reflect the fact that <*sigh*> <*yell*> I DIDN'T READ A SINGLE CHINESE BOOK SINCE DECEMBER!!!!!!!!! <*help*> I did SOOO poorly at that general knowledge section. My mom was like so pissed off, and I "gotta start reading more chinese books during the summer and catch up on my chinese grades" and I 'shouldn't just read English books coz I'm Chinese and I should read more Chinese books." Sigh. Lu Xun and Xu Zhimo... here I come again~ <*wails*>

Mathematics - the subject I'm NEVER good at
So as the title suggests, I'm never good at this subject. I'm basically too lazy. "You have to do maths everyday." Well, I KNOW!!!!! IT'S JUST THAT I DON'T WANT TO!!!!!! <*cries*> I HATE maths. No doubt. Sigh. :'( Anyways. Move on.

History
History was okay... but wasn't really satisfied with the mark. I could've done better. And I know that. Gotta work harder next year. I'll have to get at least a 85. Ei bah!! (Don't ask why. LOL. Hehe.)

Geography
YAY! Improved. :D Despite the fact that my grades are still average, I'm still pleased at myself coz I seriously did improve. Thank God. I'll have to aim for a red mark next time. Not far from it. :D It's not the grades that matters, it's whether you've placed effort, right? :D

Chinese History
a YAY!!! again. LOL. I didn't expect to get such good (well, I suppose they are good) grades. hehe. Ninety three! :D Quite proud of myself. But as the motion suggests "Comfort leads to complacency", and I definately shouldn't be complacent bout it. :D

I.S. - Another subject I'll never be good at
I'm like a total freak at I.S. I don't understand the theories, I don't understand everything!!!! Argh. I'm not a Science girl (considering my grades for Maths and Science). Save a place in one of the Arts class for me please. :D

Okay.. .that's all the main subjects, I hope I haven't left out any. (I have a feeling that i have) As for music, pth, p.e.... I kept banging on the wrong notes for Music test, so I'm not expecting anything higher than a "B". I think i did okay for pth, except the fact that I screwed up the listening part (well, most of the people did...lol... self-confrontation :D) hehe... expecting a grade no lower than B. And as for P.E.... I did average at the sit-up and push-up part, but okay in the sit-and-reach coz I -am- <*not boasting*> quite flexible coz I dance~ -prisca does a few ballet steps- haha. Anyways. Now for something more interesting...

Singing Contest on Thursday
It was so cool! The MCs where hilarious. LOL. Our class managed to capture the second and 2X got the first! well... they deserved it actually. :D But considering the fact that we're only form ones and it was our first time to compete in the singing contest, capturing the second is already very encouraging and rewarding. :D For the open section, 6Sci captured the gold and the silver... and they deserved it, I must say. LOL. The way they dressed was simply funny. LOL. Carol Cheung was "larn ying" and everyone was like, 'eww" lol. And then Tushiyyah looked so cute! lol. And natalie was like -to the rest of the row- 'Can you guys see Tushiyyah? See her? She's that girl over there with ponytails! She looks... so unserious hahaha." LOL. Anyways lah...

Singtao Debate It was SO COOL!! The English deabte was so cool!!!!!!!!! I mean it!!!!!!!! Their speeches were SO COOL!!!!!!!! So funny! Laughed my head off. LOL. You guys should go. On the contrary, the Chinese debate was pretty boring. Those people talk too fast and they use too much difficult wordings that's hard to understand. LOL. Anyways. IT WAS SO COOL! I MEAN IT!! Jireh was the MC and she looked quite pretty on stage, although, I must say, i don't approve of her wearing so much make up when she's just 17 . LOL. Anyways lah... Oh, and for the "Comfort leads to complacency" debate, we won :d jWe're going to the finals! :D <*grins*> That's all guys! :D Updates... I'll try to do more next time :D

I am sicckk... <*sniff sniff*> <*cough cough*> Anyway, this week's Friday Fives:
1. Do you remember your first best friend? Who was it?
Yeah... i do remember my first best friend (in kindergarten). She's Katherine Jim who's now studying in MSS.

2. Are you still in touch with this person?
No.

3. Do you have a current close friend?
Yes I do :D In fact I have two close friends~~ :D

4. How did you become friends with this person?
MJC - Well... She heard me singing once in the final exams (when we were in P.4) and became friends with me... and as for Tsz... How did we become friends tsz? :D

5. Is there a friend from your past that you wish you were still in contact with? Why?
Well... yeah, of course, but I don't know whether you can consider her as a "friend". She was my "big sister" when I was in P.1. She's a singaporean and now she's gone back to singapore (She's born in 1985... ) Sigh. No hope of seeing her again~ <*wails*> To be frank... i was pretty scared of her when i was in P.1 and acted rather stiff round her, and now I wish I didn't~ <*wails again*>

Friday, July 11, 2003 - Last day of school!! :D

Okay. I am sooo mad right now. WHY IS EVERYONE LEAVING?!!!!! HUH?!!!! Why on earth are all those "dai tse tse"s leaving?!! What is wrong with them?!!! Grr... Okay. So Tushiyyah (one of my favorite form sixes :D) managed to squeeze in the 1X classroom (admist the chaos) this morning and asked to take a photo with me. I was like: You're LEAVING?!!!! And she NODDEDD. She's going to MIT, a real famous university in USA. For heaven's sake. She's not even in form seven yet! And she's leaving alreadyyy!! :'( But she promised that she'd come back to visit... :D That's better... Okay. The second one i'm "mad" at is Irene Pang (One of my favorite form fives :D chair of debate society~~ :D) What on earth is wrong with her too?! She's leaving for UK. ARGH. Saw her today in fron tof the debate board posting a note and i was like, "IRENE!!!!!" -muwah- And then I read the note and was like, "YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO LEAVE." <*grr*> Then, Tiffany appeared from nowhere and was all, "Haha... yeah Irene, don't leave k?" :'( She'll be coming back to visit sometime though :D And then we have Chenxin, who is also leaving DGS but fortunately, is not going to study in Singapore (She'll probably get into Raffles). She's just changing schools that's all. I just don't get it. DGS is the #1 school in Hong Kong (well... lol. it seriously is) and she's leaving for an international school. And then we have Jenn Lau, who's leaving for UK and also Serena Tang, who's going to UK. Elaine is going somewhere (i forgot~ lol) for university and delphine from f.4 is leaving for HKIS.Like, what on earth is wrong with just stayinnggg in DGS?! I don't want Tushiyyah to leave! I don't want Irene to leave. Grr... Bauhinia's leaving (she's a stupid girl in my class) for UK, but it's not like i'll miss her. LOL. I'm actually GLAD she's leaving (haha so mean~).I'd rather have a hundred Bauhinia's gone than one Tushiyyah or one Irene~ Grr...

Anyways. I watched "Living with Lydia" yesterday night and also "The world's most: Palaces" (or sth like that). Living with Lydia is soo funnnyy~ "It is a tortoise not a turtle." Two more weeks and then I'm off to Prague, Austria and Italy!! :D:D:D Yay!!!! :D Oh, and we had a debate yesterday, and our team won :D Hehe. WHY IS EVERYONE LEAVING?!!!! YOU GUYS ARE SO MEAN. ARGH. (Stupid me~)

I'm going to Italy, Prague (Czech Republic) and Austrai this summer. I also got a debate camp in August and am planning to continue French and take up dancing once more.

2. What was your first summer job?
I never had a summer job before.

3. If you could go anywhere this summer [winter], where would you go?
Germany and Austria. Though I've basically been all through Germany and am going to Austria. :D Boy... do I love those two countries...

4. What was your worst vacation ever?
Frankly speaking... last year when I went to Singapore and 2000 when i went to Malayshia. I don't know why I dislike singapore, perhaps it's because of the tropical weather (argh... HOT HOT HOT even in christmas!!) I personally don't really like cities (coz they remind me of Hong Kong) and Singapore was pretty boring. I spent the whole week inside my air-conditioned hotel room flipping channels on TV while my siblings went down to swim (I don't really like swimming. I'm not as sporty as my siblings are. lol.) and while my parents went to this church conference (my parents basically drove all the way to jurong to attend a church conference. lol.) PLUS, my mom refused to go to Orchard road again with me. We only went twice, and my parents disliked it coz it was "crowded". Sigh. LOL. And as for Malayshia... it's BORINGGG. No sight seeing and no place to visit. We just stayed in the resort for the entire week. It was tons worse than Singapore. It didn't have a Kinokuniya (I LOVED kinokuniya. Gonna go to Coffee Bean next time. :D)

5. What was your best vacation ever? Best vacation... Last year when I traveled to Germany and Austria. I LOVE Europe (Except UK. Don't ask why. LOL. It was terribly boring the last time I went there). I like Germany and Austria coz there are a lot of places for sightseeing, the scenery was magnificent (BEAUTIFULLLL), everyone was quite nice to us and and they got pretty handsome guys too :D (lol. :D)

Just back from tennis. Didn't blog for a long time coz I had to study for my exams. Still got one subject (Chinese history) to go. YAY!!!! :d:d:d Gotta run now. :d Miss ya ppl. Bye!! Ei bah!!! :D

P.S. Tsz, I toldja I'd blog bout the party, but I guess I won't after all :D

Hehez. I shouldn't be blogging now, coz I have my English exam tomorrow. But maybe I'll just write a brief account of my day. LOL. (Mom's not at home, so that's why I can use the computer). Okay. So woke up at five thirty to finish off my homework. Slept at one. I revised for the whole afternoon non-stop. Revised Chinese, Maths and did some english grammar exercises. Chinese on Friday. There's a lot of stuff to study for (Chinese). Seriously. I mean it. Sigh. I'm nearly done with it, still got a few units to go. As for english... I seriouslly dunno what to study. LOL. Nevermind lah. LOL. Argh. I hate studying. Today was okay. In English lesson, we got our essays back. Me quite satisfied. (I tend to write better in essays dunno why. LOL.) Got 23/25 for the Singapore one. 22/25 for the Biography. 23/25 for the "A letter from a refugee one". I love writing essays. I just do. But it occupies a lot of time, coz I tend to write like -thinks- five or six drafts before I do the final one. And I just edit and edit and edit. LOL. I usually spend the entire evening just doing a piece of essay. I also spend a lot of time checking out words in the dictionary, coz I know it's weird, but i wanna try my best to use the most erudite language i know. LOL. Weird. Anywayz. Oh yeah, got my geography quiz back. Sigh. Did v badly. Got 17/20 for my history quiz.

Due to the fact that final exams start tomorrow, we have to clear our drawers. Well... <*chuckle*> My drawer is a complete mess, and I had a terrible time clearing everything up. I also keep my art and home e bag at school. So I left school with four plastic bags, one cloth bag and my heavy school bag. LOL. It was TERRIBLY hot today. 31 degrees (prisca screams) I had to walk all the way from my school to the MTR and my arms were hurting awfully. LOL. Hehez. Then it was super squishy in the MTR. I had a terrible time trying to squish out of the mtr coz there was this inconsiderate couple who was hugging and kissing right in front of the door. Sigh. Well, so ppl started going "Ng goi ze ze" (excuse me) and they STILL didn't listen and continued on kissing and hugging each other. Sigh. How can ppl be SOO inconsiderate? The people (not including me. I just kept silent and ranted inside) had to say like -thinks- six "ng goi ze ze" and then PUSH the horrible couple aside (who were STILL kissing) in order to get out of the MTR. Sigh. Pathetic. Gotta go revise now. Can't fail. LOL. Ei bah!!!!!! <*prisca holds up a banner*>

Hi people :D Nothing particularly interesting happened today. Except Youth Alive was held in the morning instead of the afternoon. It was pretty cool. We watched a movie bout a missionary called Gladys who went to China and it was SO GOOD!! :D Very funny. LOL. Then we celebrated Esther's birthday in another room and had cake -yum yum- We were also looking through everyone's handbags, lol, and in Tiff's purse (we were checking everyone's purses too! :D) we found a love letter. SOO SWEET. Esther and I read it aloud (I know that's not too nice but we got tiff's permission~) "Dearest Tiff, ... I miss you so much. Please remember that you're the only one I love. My "only love". LOL. Please dont'get all freaked out coz I have a crush on you. I just want to let you know that I WILL LOVE YOU FOREVER <*prisca and esther goes aww...*> I don't have your picture here with me so please send me loads so I can put them up and stare at them on the wall and remember how pretty you are. Tiff, my only love, I will never forget you. I love you. I hope you feel the same too. <*prisca and esther goes awwwwww again...*>..." Yeah... and that's all I can remember. It's SO SWEET. I wish someone would write me a love letter like that. Yah. LOL. Okay... so that's basically all I have to say, nothing more, but you know how ugly short entries are, so I guess i'll try making this entry longer by talking crap. LOL.

It's pretty amazing how Esther can write such long entries everyday. LOL. Well, guess I'm not esther eh? Hehez. Okay. -uh- Hihi everyone. How are you all? <*goodness... im so mo liu*> Okay. So I better start introducing my friendz to all of you. :D Tsz!! Okay Tsz. I hope you don't mind me talking bout you here. LOL. Wun Tsz Sum, female, thirteen, (or are you fourteen tsz? lol.. sorry) a REALLY good girl, who is very hard working and is very englishy. LOL. (that’s how come I’m better at english oral than writing lol) She’s very smart, got student of the year for like a thousand times . She just got this “Maths Higher distinction” in the gifted and talented program by Standford University. MATHS HIGHER DISTINCTION. GIFTED AND TALENTED. She’s gonna end up another “soh de wen” (esther~~ two words~ :D) Hehez. She’s the person who I tell all my secrets to, and whom I call basically every other day. :D She’s every so nice. (Last time she printed out my whole essay for me coz my damn printer was broken) Though we’re in different classes, she’s still one of my best friends and Tsz if you to read this, YOU ROCK!!! :D Okay. Next person~~

mjc!!! Hehez. G’day mate! Whatha dwaing? <*lol*> You’re cool too :D Mary Jean Chan. Twelve. Birthday: 2nd of July. Female. She’s every so cute. Seriously. She IS one of the cutest and sweetest person I’ve ever met. She’s round. (forgive me for saying that mjc) And she’s like SO CLEVER. She’s VERY hardworking, and also very nice. LOL. She’s the girl who sits right beside me in school and that girl whom I stick with wherever I go. LOL. Like, in every drama skit we do, I’m always the mom and she’ll be the dad. LOL. If I’m the princess, she’s the prince. Hehez. She’s VERY sweet. I can assure you that. Hehez. So these are two of my bestest friends (bestest~ lol) They two are really nice. You peeps should get to know them sometime. Oo yeah, and maybe I’ll tell you peeps how I got to know them. LOL. <*a really funny story*> Okay. So In P.5 (or was it p 4?) I was sitting right behind MJC in the final exams, and then I finished doing the paper you see, and was real bored, so I began singing. (Really!! Singing in exam time! I’m not kiddin’ you) I was singing “Tian mimi” you see, and then I think MJC heard me and after the exams she came over and we started chatting and that’s how we became friends. And as for Tsz, she’s my Kindergarten classmate, a very good, demure young lady. (A placid girl too, never seen her cry) Hehez. We became friends at uh … LOL. I dunno. Forgot how I knew her. They two are really nice. Seriously they are!! And of course there are A LOT more than these two. LOL. Church friends like Esther, Tiff, Un tse, Rainbow, Ming, Richelle, JR, JJ, Harrison, , Yoyo, Natasha, etc. Overseas: Esther, Joanna, Ann, Paul, KKH, Lin Wing Yue. School: MJC, Tsz, Rebecca, Belinda, Esther, Ivy, Grace, a WHOLE lot more - my chinese dance peeps, debate peeps, drama peeps. You ppl are so cool! French: Mariko, Mazy, Lolita, Anna… Online: Esther~ Bingz, Mei, Tim, etc. LOL. Hehez. – goes for a word count- Aiya.. grr… longer longer longer, oh yeah, left out my dear cousin HOHO tse tse!!! Hehez. She’s cool too. A crazyyyy Orlando Bloom fan. Hehez. Very nice girl too. :D Okay. I guess that’s all for today. Too bad it’s not even a thousand yet. Never mind. I give up. Hehez. Oh yeah, I did a matrix reloaded quiz and I’m trinity. Can anyone tell me who trinity is? –I’ve never watched matrix reloaded- Ei bah!! :D:D:D Everyone go rock in the exams! :D

Hehez. :D I should be studying Eng. Lit. now. Well, I am... I'm facing page thirty two of Bridge to Terabithia ( A REALLY GOOD BOOK!!!) and staring at the line "You never know ahead of time what something's really going to be like" said by Leslie. I keep on thinking that it has some sorta meaning behind it or maybe it's another hint that the writer drops that leslie's going to die at the end of the story. Hmm... Maybe I'll just memorize that phrase first. :D I went out for lunch today with my grandparents. THis time, all my relatives from my dad's side came. ALL. And I MEAN IT. They booked a half of the restaurant (a HALF) and then ordered buffet. We had buffet. (They're like SO RICH). Very full. Very boring. I saw this uh some kind of relative who chatted with me and I couldn't understand A WORD except for the words "ling ling" (my name) "ho loi mo geen" (long time no see), coz she was using this uh terrible accent. Sigh. Lemme tell you. More than half of the relatives are old ppl. Over seventy. <*wails*> Sometimes, I really think that old people are just like SO FREAKY. They pat your head and talk with this horrible country accent. :S:S:S Anywayz lah. Busy week coming up. I'll be busy studying. Exams on Thursday. Pray for me. "You never know ahead of time what something's really going to be like." This quote is so true. :D Ei bah!!!

P.S. Don't ask me what ei bah means. I dunno. Just got that from HCJC's school slogan thing. Think it sounds nice :D Very encouraging. :D:D:D Ei bah!!!

My tennis coach just called to tell me that tennis is cancelled coz of the rain. :D Sorta happy. :D:D:D I still didn't tell my parents bout the maths test. Nevermind. LOL. School was pretty okay today... Mandarin oral went perfeccttt~~ (I know I may sound pretty arragont here but I seriously think I did okay. At least I was satisfied). :D:D I went to school today all sleepy. Dunno why. LOL. I was sleeping in the MTR I think~~ Oh and btw, this morning while I was heading for school, I saw a student in brown uniform (BROWN). Plan brown. Nothing to trim the edges and there was no school logo on her dress. Just plain knee length plain brown dress and it was SLEEVELESS. Seriously. You don't normally see people wearing sleeveless uniform dresses around in Hong Kong. But hers was. Anywayz lah... Oo yeah, forgot to talk bout English Drama. It was wonderful too :D Everyone had a magnificent time and one group in particular was pretty good. They were doing conflicts between the Lord of the Rings characters and Harry Potter's. Clara was that that uh ... forgot his name (that horrible white thing whose dead and calls frodo master... remember? that skinny white ugly thing) and she sounded so cute!!! :D:D:D It made everyone laugh. Ours was pretty cool too. I was the mom and I wore a white silk bathing robe (beautiful!!!) with my hair done up. Hehez. Then i was shouting at MJC and got everyone laughing lol. Oo yeah, and then Jessica's group bout spies and stuff was SO FUNNY!! LOL. Had a wonerful drama lesson :D Assembly was okay. Everyone listened to me. Rebecca said I looked tired. LOL. I'll take that as a compliment :P I have art (we're doing carving) and I FORGOT TO BRING MY CARVING KNIVES BACK HOME. Help. Anywayz :D Uncle Samson and Auntie Sunny from Shanghai sent some cute little prezzie over. It was a crystal apple. VERY PRETTY. Mom said that it costed like about a thousand bucks. -prisca stares at the apple dreamily- BEAUTIFUL. :D:D:D They're so nice. :D Last bit of news: I recieved a book today with my Chinese essay that i wrote last year in p.6 publishede :D:D:D That essay was about this "country", or to be more precise, this "city". :D That's all for now. *May* be blogging tonight. Ei bah everyone! Exams soon!! Oo yeah, been checking ppl's xangas and found this coke quiz:

Hi everyone. =) In a being-nice-to-people mood now. I'm experiencing mood swings these few days. Take yesterday night for example. I was crying very hard and was feeling quite down. I guess it's coz I got scolded by my parents for losing my cell phone (I think i dropped it in the taxi with my pencil case coz I was carrying my stuff << I should've taken a bag along> and I guess I just dropped it>> and also because I was genuinely quite tired. I didn't notice that until I found myself yelling at my maid before I could stop myself. I had two exams (computer and mandarin) today and I was busy revising for them both that I stayed up late. My parents, apparently, were quite mad at me mainly because of two reasons: 1) I lost my cell phone, which, according to my parents, cost more than a thousand bucks. 2) My parents accused me of not doing well in mathematics and not even caring bout the fact that I'm well behind in maths more mad when they know bout my horrible score>. Sigh. I got scolded for more than an hour and I just basically locked myself in the toilet, which is a wonderful place to cry, and just started crying. I don't think my parents knew. I like it this way. Anywayz...

I woke up at six this morning (four hours of sleep!!) to revise my computer notes. Had PTH exam on the third lesson and I think I scored 95%. I'm quite satisfied with this result but I have to *really* be careful next time not to make careless mistakes, for instance, they asked me to write the pinyin for the word "hui4" (hui1 hui4). Silly me thought that the word was "ben1", as you know, the word "ben1" and "hui4" basically look the same, and the only difference is that the word "ben1" has "da4" (big) on top of it. Sigh. I should pay more attention to words. And I think I did badly in my listening section. Sigh. I'll do better next time. :D I spent the whole first break going through my computer notes. Computer was okay... <*OKAY...*>, and for the typing test, I should've been able to type faster than eighty five words per minute. My gross speed should be ninety five words per minute, not eighty five. I was quite contented with the result (I typed faster than the rest of the class:D), despite the fact that i could done a WHOLE LOT better. Anywayz lah :D:D:D

I have Mandarin oral tomorrow. Hope I do well. =) We have drama tomorrow. Our english drama on "conflicts" is all set. We changed the story line into a more interesting one. -goodness my mom's RIGHT BESIDE me now- Aiyaya my mom's being nosy. :P Did I mention that Mrs. Chiu really told us to obtain a parents signature for the previous maths test? OMG. I'm so dead now. My parents are really going to scold me when they know bout this. Help. Help help!!! I can simply imagine what will happen when they know this. They're gonna go: No MSN for a week!! blah blah and so on. I'm going to be grounded. Well, I guess I did deserve a low mark for this test. Frankly speaking, I didn't even revise. Maybe I was over confident (It's actually quite inappropriate to use "over confident", as how can I be over confident when I'm a maths dumb? But I guess I chose this word coz I *do* score quite okay marks in tests like the previous one). I didn't revise. The test was on Tuesday. So to be more precise, I didn't have time to revise. (I spent the whole not fixing the sewing machine remember? And I spent the rest of the night doing Geography revision) I learnt a lesson from this test and next time, I WILL revise and I am determined to score at least a 75 for my maths exam. Ei bah me :D:D:D Goodness. I think this entry's getting more and more demoralising. Better change the topic. :D

Hmm -uh- Yep. I got to lead assembly again tomorrow. I've done all the preperations. I just hope that the class listens to me (instead of chatting) when I do the sharing bit. =) Well <*shrugs*> Huang Chao just msned me asking why I'm still online at this hour of the night. He said I should be sleeping. I don't usually sleep at eleven fifty five. Usually, I'm not even sleepy at eleven fifty five. But my eyes hurt now. I'm yawning. I guess it's due to the fact that I only had four hours of sleep yesterday. There's nothing else I can revise for the Mandarin Oral tomorrow. I think I do okay in orals, except that I *do* stutter sometimes (I HATE stuttering, but I sometimes do... especially when I'm nervous). I've gone through my Mandarin textbook for like, uh, fifty times already. Gotta rush now. Pack my schoolbag. Got maths as the first lesson tomorrow. God bless me~ :D Ei bah!!

Hihi i'm back from the open house debate. we debated in the hall <*freaky*> with tsz and two australian international school guyz, and our *dear* opponents were really "ging". Seriously. They're such good speakers. But we won anywayz :D The motion was "This house belives that disney beats shakespear" I was the negative. LOL. I don't know anything bout shakespear, but i just went out and talked crap. It was a fun debate though :D REAL FUN. Ended at eight fifteen arrived home at eight fortyfive. Sigh. PTH written test and Computer test tomorrow. My Chinese journal is due tomorrow too. I still have like one months of chinese journal unwritten. I'm dead this time. Sigh. Oo yeah, and i got my Maths TEst back. I failed. The first time I actually failed a maths test. I hope i'm not the girl with the lowest mark in the class. But it seems to me that i am. Hai... Dunno what my parents will say. Mrs. Chiu is surely gonna tell us to obtain a parents signature. Now my parents will be real mad at me. In more serious cases, maybe I'll be banned from MSN for the entire week. Exams coming up. Next Thursday. Can't talk now. Can only tell you that i'm really tired now (but i enjoyed the debate). I dunno what to do with my maths test. My eyes are hurting now. Dunno why. Anywayz lah... =) Ei bah me!!!

GOD BLESS ME. I DID A STUPID THING WITH THE ARCHIVES BIT. HAI... LUCKY I STILL HAVE A COPY OF THE ENTRY TODAY: :D

Hi everyone. I screwed up my maths test. Okay. So yesterday night I was crying real hard -well not real hard...- over the sewing machine coz i couldn't operate it. i spent like uh -thinks- three hours trying just trying to set the machine, and i think the manual was quite unclear. sigh. from eight thirty to eleven thirty. three whole hours. attempting to set the machine. well, i failed of course. the sewing machine's totally different from the one in my school. so i had to use my hand and sew stitch by stitch and i was crying coz my hands were severly pricked and i was so fed up with needlework. needlework... fun? nah... i don't think so... thanks to the sewing machine, i didn't manage to revise maths and finish up my geog. revision. i slept at one something and woke up at six today to finish up my geography revision. seriously i didn't feel like waking up so early in the morning that i kept jumping up and down so that i'll have a temperature and thus, be able to stay at home. but i tell you, my plan didn't work out. ohn yeah... and the first thing i did today when i woke up was to sit up and stare out of the windows. "red rainstorm? nah... hai...school."

Okay... we had double cookery and we made jelly cubes. :D real fun~ then followed by geography lesson. i think i did the test okay... not particularly good but not bad either... me and mjc (or MJC AND I as mjc would correct me) went down to the tuckshop despite the fact that it was pouring with rain. we tried out the new flavor of cici (yum~) and the went up to 1U to see Tsz. After first break, we had double chinese, and we sorta discussed bout our "project" and the video-taping yesterday. After chinese, we had english literature, and we were doing some revision and preperation for the exams. i had a great time copying notes :d (seriously i did~). then we had second break, and mjc suddenly announced that she won't be going to the kgv impromptu debate tomorrow. i was like: WHAT?!! coz you see, i need her car to carry me to kgv and back to my house. Sigh. anywayz... at least tsz will be going... after break we had english lesson and we did exam preperations again. a leung gave us some cloze passages with this cute hong kongey grammar and we had a great time correcting them~ :D aha... and right after english, we had double maths!! we did a past paper, and it was genuinely hard. seriously. well, of course, for a maths dumb person like me, it's hard, but to my other classmates, it was hard too. SO HARD. i think i flunked it. everyone was like: wah... so hard ah... and also: ngo gum ci 1 ding fei lo loh... argh... before mjc and i left, we rushed up to the cookery room to get our jelly and while we were rushing down the stairs back to our classroom, we bumped into tsz, and we were like: omg tsz sum, we screwed up our maths test!!! it was so hard!! tsz, being the maths genious as she always was, went: yau gei lan ah? <*how hard was it*> me and mjc together: HO LAN AR!!!!! yeah... coordinates and algebra... i HATE YOU.

Time flies. My exams start next Thursday. Oh dear. I have to start my eng lit revision. Aiyaya... <*poohey*> Btw, did I mention that my sister doesn't have school today coz it's some teachers' day? did i?! SHE IS SO LUCKY. maybe tomorrow i'll try running round the living room to get a temperature so i don't have school. it's not raining now. it's quite sunny actually... WHAT DID I TELL YOU?!!!! I TOLD YOU NOT TO RAIN YESTERDAY, DIDN'T I? grrr.... anywayz... tata for now... :D Ei bah!!!
